Table d'hôtes
An internationally renowned chef
Life in Provence revolves around the seasons, the land and its offerings of bounteous, delicious, sun-gorged produce. Inspired by the succulent, perfumed fruit, vegetables and herbs from our own vegetable garden and local farmers our “table d’hôte” dinners follow the seasonal harvests. Simple flavoursome dishes bringing us back to the authentic Provencal lifestyle, which has been one of the major influences of International Cuisine. Accompanied by a carefully curated selection of outstanding local wines.

Dinner can be served in the garden around tables for two or four with views of the forest, the olive and lavender groves, or in the candlelit pool-house overlooking the garden.

In cooler weather and winter months the beautifully designed “Orangerie” provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere for an unforgettable meal.

When Le Renard Argenté, an internationally renowned chef, takes up his quarters in the kitchen the price for the three-course dinner is 55 euros per person excluding drinks. Should you wish to enjoy a gastronomic meal prepared by Le Renard Argenté the price varies between 75 euros - drinks are not included.
